CRICH TRAMWAY VILLAGE MUSEUM.

I was staying two nights in Matlock Bath Derbyshire England. - One of the places i
wanted to visit was Crich Tramway Village. So i took the service bus 140 to Crich.
141 also does this route.. There is a large car park, near museum entrance,. There
is a collection of over 80 vehicles When i visited there were 3 trams running services for passengers. on
a mile long track/ There is a re constructed Derby Assembly Rooms with small item
displays. In here was a route map from my home city from before i was born. The reconstructed Red Lion Pub sold snacks and drinks. Around the area was workshops and repair places for trams halls. ,and exhiibtions. The National Tramway museum is a not for profit independant educational charity. Full price admission was about £15, im a Senior so about £12. ,ticket valid for
return visits in next 12 months. Dogs on lead are welcome. Crich Tran
way Village is a great day out.
